As your planning and design team, we maintain trusted relationships with some of the best vendors in Hampton Roads and beyond - rental companies, floral designers, lighting and production specialists, stationery designers, and more. We know who does exceptional work, who communicates well, and who consistently shows up at the standard our clients deserve.

Through our Design Management, Signature, and Full Service experiences, we will:

• Recommend vendors that align with your aesthetic and budget

• Develop your full design concept and communicate it clearly to every vendor involved

• Manage vendor relationships, confirmations, and logistics from start to finish

• Ensure every detail from your linen selection to your floral direction reflects a cohesive, intentional vision

For our Full Service and Signature clients, Yolonda serves as your primary point of contact throughout the entire planning journey. From your first consultation to your final send-off, she is leading your experience personally.

For our Event Management and Design Management clients, your day-to-day planning and communication may be led by one of our trusted associate planners or designers each of whom has been carefully selected and trained to uphold the exact standard of care, intentionality, and detail-forward execution that By Love is known for.
