investment details
The By Love Events & Design team requires a service fee for all events. This service investment is exclusive of any additional event related costs (rentals, decor, vendor performances) and applies to the services of BLE exclusively. The event type, location, demands, and guest count are all contributors to your expected service investment. On average, clients invest $4k - $8k with BLE for planning, coordination and/or design services.

FULL SERVICE event PLANNING & DESIGN
Our most complete service, which includes planning, design, and event execution, is designed to provide you with an unforgettable experience from start to finish. By taking the time to get to know your likes and dislikes, we can develop an immersive event concept that fuels the creative direction of your event. We confidently provide simplistic planning systems and organization to help assure that planning an event beyond your imagination feels effortless. With our attention to detail and dedication to execution, understand that every aspect of your event will be overseen by the best, allowing you to remain fully present throughout your planning journey.
Exclusively Design
If planning comes naturally or you simply don’t require a planner led experience, we’ve curated this service exclusively for you. Our design process is one of our very best assets and we can’t wait to help you design the event of your dreams. Design is complex and we’ll evaluate your likes and dislikes to develop a comprehensive and trend forward event concept. We’ll then source and communicate with all vendors regarding execution of your design. Our process is similar to that of an interior designer, ensuring your event is one of a kind.
EXCLUSIVELY COORDINATION
If you’re handling the major details but desire an incredible and efficient team to oversee execution and make sure things flow, look no further. Our team prioritizes logistics and vendor communication to greatly reduce level of difficulty in managing well curated events. We’ll begin working with you 120 days prior to the date of the event to help confirm final details and prep your vendor team.
PARTIal PLANNING & DESIGN MANAGEMENT
With this service, our team will take only a few steps back from our standard full service experience. Planning and Design management does not include day of event coordination and this role would be filled by an alternative professional, such as a client hired day of coordinator or venue provided day of coordinator. As BLE clients, you’ll have phenomenal planning meetings with our team in the months leading up to your event and we’ll get to know you pretty well. Our team will help navigate difficult tasks, assist with final decisions regarding aesthetics and development your final timeline. We’ll be on site for event day to oversee execution and detail placement. We won’t however, direct your bridal party, cue entertainment, attend rehearsal or serve as point of contact for logistical assistance on the day of the event.

We love collaboration and enjoy working with fellow creative partners for editorial shoots, commercial set design, and even interior projects. As a design and planning firm, we prioritize visual representation and welcome opportunities to help with project or brand expansion.
