WHAT DESIGN MANAGEMENT MEANS FOR YOU

Our team will listen first and guide you to a wedding day that feels undeniably yours. We value the emotion of wedding days but more importantly the value of memories and how important this moment will be for years to come. We think as planners first - focused on the long term value of decisions and how beneficial they’ll be to your desired experience.

We have opinions - that’s why you’re hiring us - but we don’t impose our own, we aim to enhance yours.

What’s Included:

• Discovery & design identity - We focus on learning who you are, what’s your standard, and ultimately what you consider MUST haves for your design. Our intensive foundations meeting will give us access to extend recommendations and help you truly set a strong foundation for your entire planning process - not just the design.

• Wedding Inspiration & Brand Direction - Yes, your wedding is a brand. At least we think it is. Details are the heartbeat of your wedding day - we’ll spend some time discovering this and thinking through the details.

• Concept development - The “blueprint” of your design. This document is more than just inspiration, it’s the translation we aim to achieve. We pull specific images and explore mock-ups to inspire your final wedding design before we confirm your vendor team.

• Floral & Rental direction - In person sourcing, direction, and overall management of your floral design team and rental selection. You trust us to communicate the vision and oversee to execution.

• Lighting & Production Design - A valuable layer of any event experience. Bad lighting ruins photos, Great lighting enhances the vibe. Simply put. It’s a BLE standard and together we’ll determine which options are best for you.

• Floor plan Development - We review inspiration and draft a beautifully crafted floor plan to suit your desired experience.

• Day-of styling - Detail placement and overall enhancement. We make sure things appear clean across the board, holding the venue and vendors accountable to visual standards.

• Final styling details - Linen touchups and management of place settings so every table reads exactly as intended down to the last fold.

This is the full scope of your design, handled as one seamless experience, not a list of pieces to choose between.
