This eco-friendly, non toxic candle alternative provides full glass coverage offering an undeniably romantic atmosphere. Personalize with colors to match aesthetics or add a playfulness.

Delivery
Delivery is inclusive with the total rental cost.
Exclusively serving Richmond, Charlottesville, Hampton Roads, Northern Virginia.
Not available as an single item. Consultation with a stylist is required to confirm the desired quanitity and cost.
Collections begin at $250 plus.
Each set includes pre-filled candles and wicks in appropriate sized vase.
Vase height will vary between 14 - 28 inches, depending on quantity, use, and stylist recommendations.
Frequently Asked Questions
How can I further customize? Currently, we do not offer further customizations, outside of individual candle color. If interested in custom styling or alternative pairings you’re welcome to individually rent specialty votives OR visit byloveevents.com/services for additional offerings.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be confirmed no later than 21 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellation requests within 21 days of the event date will not be permitted and purchaser will be responsible for full charges.
Cancellations requested prior to 21 days will receive a refund as listed on signed rental agreement.
Rental Damages
All rentals must be returned without damage, any glasses returned broken and/or missing will be covered under damage waiver. Any amounts larger than the damage waiver will be billed within 72 hours of event.
Delivery Rates
Delivery to one single location, within 150 miles of Suffolk is $45 and inclusive with the final cost, distances beyond 150 miles must be approved and will incur additional fees per mile ($0.59/mile), invoiced prior to the date of event.
Rentals will be delivered (drop off only) and retrieved by a team member of The Detail Co. / By Love Events the same day as event UNLESS rental is a full service collection
Rentals should be packed in their original containers or grouped in one physical location for our team’s retrieval. Physical breakdown of rentals to include removal from guest tables will incur an additional fee of $75.
Full Service Delivery - The Rachel Collection
Delivery to one single location, within 150 miles of Suffolk is $200 and inclusive with the final cost, distances beyond 150 miles must be approved and will incur additional fees per mile ($0.89/mile), invoiced prior to the date of event.
